Life in the Shadows.

            ARCHANGEL’S STORM.
            by Nalini Singh.

This is part of the Archangels series.
Someone has brutally murdered the Consort of the Archangel Neha.  Jason is the spy master,so he travels to Neha’s territory to find out  who is the killer. He has to agree with certain terms to work in the area. One of those terms is keeping company with the princess who is the product of an affair between Neha’s Consort and her twin sister.
Both Jason and princess Mahiya have had tragic lives and there is danger all around. Several more murders are committed before Jason finds out who is behind it.
I won’t say more on the story. You do need to read this series in order, to keep the characters straight. A good addition to the series.
